{"id":179,"date":"2010-09-17T20:57:16","date_gmt":"2010-09-18T00:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/miancatalano.com\/?p=179"},"modified":"2010-09-30T00:38:16","modified_gmt":"2010-09-30T04:38:16","slug":"fresh-gazpacho-salsa-dressing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miancatalano.com\/?p=179","title":{"rendered":"Fresh Gazpacho Salsa Dressing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/miancatalano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/salmon.jpg\"><\/a>Last week, I picked up a recipe for Fresh Gazpacho Salsa Dressing at my CSA distribution site.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a great way to\u00a0put\u00a0the many tomatoes I am getting from the farm to use.\u00a0 I made a few changes to the recipe to suit my family\u2019s needs and taste.\u00a0 However, you may want to use the 1 green chili pepper and freshly ground black pepper that I omitted.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Fresh Gazpacho Salsa Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bd lb. ripe tomatoes,\u00a0seeded and\u00a0chopped\u00a0(about 1 large tomato)<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup diced sweet white onion<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Tbsp. onion powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd \u00a0red bell pepper, diced<\/p>\n<p>\u00be tsp. garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>3 Tbsp. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp. dried oregano<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>pinch of sugar<\/p>\n<p>1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>2.
